In today’s rainy and cold weather at Seoul, officer Shim Changmin together with SMPA Promotions Unit performed at the pre-show of the 5th Police Human Rights Film Festival to at the National Police Agency Human Rights Centre (Namyeong Station), where fans entry was through invitations they’ve received after applying before.
