Here is an english summary of a Bigeast official post on March 31st, prior to the change, explaining all the new updates:

Important Notice on Renewal of Fan Club Website

• BE website maintenance expected from 12am-1pm JST (on 4/1).
• New password requirements: 8-32 characters, at least 2 combinations of alphabets, numbers and/or symbols (- and _ only). Will be asked to change upon first login after maintenance.
• New design of My Page.
• The current email address will be set as the “Main Email Address”, and the email address put in the field of “Feature Phone” will be set as “Sub Email Address”. You can change it later.
• Payment methods now include a new option of “Payment at venue”.
• New Digital Membership Card! The existing digital membership card will not be valid 4/1 onwards.
• Preparation for birthday congratulatory video
  message for BE.
