Kim So Eun is considering a role in the new drama, Scholar Who Walks the Night.
On April 8, the staff of MBC′s Scholar Who Walks the Night told Newsen, “Kim So Eun is a strong candidate and we′re currently positively discussing it.”
It′s said that Kim So Eun wasn′t offered the lead role, but for a different character.
Based off a popular manhwa of the same name, Scholar Who Walks the Night is about a vampire living in the Joseon era.
The drama will air in July and has already confirmed Lee Joon Gi as the lead.

Lee Soo Hyuk is Not Confirmed for ′Scholar Who Walks the Night′ Yet
Lee Soo Hyuk is currently considering Scholar Who Walks the Night.
On April 8, Lee Soo Hyuk′s agency told Newsen, “Lee Soo Hyuk received an offer from MBC′s Scholar Who Walks the Night and is looking into it. It hasn′t been confirmed yet, but we′re in the middle of fixing up the schedules.”
It will be Lee Soo Hyuk′s return to terrestrial broadcast in two years since KBS′ Shark if he agrees to appear in Scholar Who Walks the Night.
