EDIT: Assuming books are the same as Music CDs/DVDs, to help with 「STAY」 on Oricon Chart ranking, you might try to have your order shipped to a local (Japanese) address first, before you have it forwarded to your actual address overseas! you could use Japanese mail forwarding services like Tenso or Celga.
