Japanese iTunes:

Price of Album: 1,200 Yen (For the one Track: 250 Yen). Price for each Music Video: 400 Yen.

For Japanese iTunes, You can buy from it if you have a Japanese iTunes Account which needs you to have a Card issued from a Japanese Bank or a Japanese iTunes Gift Card.

Those Gift Cards are possible to get from websites such as Play-Asia or Japan Code Supply {p/n: never tried the later though}, or you may get them for better deals from individual online sellers like those on ebay (may or might not be trustful).

Please Note that most probably if you have some unused credits at your current iTunes store that you would need to spend them all first before switching accounts, and if it is not possible (for example: too small to buy anything), you may need to contact iTunes Support for them to do it for you.
