Our corporal constable Changmin was present for Asan City event at Yi Sun-sin Stadium as an MC and a performer!! On 170327, when the event was announced, the poster only included Donghae and Siwon, and Asan city clearly stated that Changmin won’t be coming [cr: 아산시청: here via @snxy: 1 and 2].
